Rates

Friday: 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.

University: $575 per hour

Non-University: $865 per hour

Note: 

  • An administrative Coordination Fee will be assessed for all rental services @ 20% (cost + 20%)
  • Room rates include event set up and breakdown. Room rates do not include equipment, additional labor, additional linen, china or service staff. 
  • Operating hours may vary; consultation advised for detailed times and holiday rates. 
  • Full Facility and Dining room are not available Monday through Thursday, and Friday before 5pm.

Reservations

To reserve a meeting room, please fill out the Reservation Request Form.
